FINISHED - OUTSIDE

We completed the house on November 28, 2006 and closed on the house on November 29, 2006 - The Lord blessed us with a great couple who we hope will enjoy the house for years to come. Be sure and look around and let us build you a house. We are starting our next house in The Cloister's where the Vesta Home Show 2006 was held in Fayette County. We should break ground in January 2007. Please visit www.JonGambrellConstruction.com for more

A LOOK INSIDE

We wanted you to be able to see the end result. You'll see The Study with a stone fireplace, The Kitchen, The Master Shower and The Master Tub

Jen-Air Cooktop Installed

This was an upgrade in the Appliances. Jen-Air Cooktop with 5 places to cook your meals with stainless steal trim and knobs.

Outside Update

Finally got Slur done thanks to Juan Fonseca and Wing Walls. Also got paint on it's way and you can see how much it helps the outside. Also got the copper cupla up. Soon to have painting complete, gutters up and 4 copper 60" tall finials will be added soon. Sod and landscape will wrap the outside up along with an outside desk or concrete patio in the back. Carriage Doors are up as well

Frameless Glass Door

This was an upgrade. A frameless glass door with upgraded oil-rubbed hardware for the Master Shower. This is elgant and impressive. This is a must see in person, the picture doesn't do it justice. Thanks to Brad Savage for his help with this.

Granite Counter Tops Installed

John, owner of Stone Perfection, did an awesome job and his team. He gave us plenty for our money, beat his deadline by a week and did great work. We are VERY pleased with each selection for each room. Thanks so much!

As stated on the website, ALL counter tops through out the house are granite natural stone. (Kitchen, Laundry Room, Master Bathroom, Powder Room, Guest Suit Bathroom, and Jack'n'Jill Bathroom)

TILE Complete

Joe Moscan, David and Maria at J & D Tile and Flooring Plus just did an awesome job on the tile and really were dependable and came through for us in a great way. Easy to work with paitent and long suffering (smile). Back Splash in the Kitchen went in, Master Tub Surround, and Seat in Master Shower went in.

When the Framless glass door goes on the Master Shower it will set this bathroom apart from any other in the area. It is no doubt impressive. A must see.

Also pictured to the right is the kitchen with the backsplash. As you can see they did a great job and it complements the cabinets and flooring very well. As we've said before all the tile is upgraded through-out the house and with higher-end upgrades in the Master Bathroom and Kitchen.

SEPTIC SYSTEM COMPLETE

We moved the septic system over to the side with new technology to leave room for a pool.

We had to take down some trees which made the backyard bigger and more open.

Thanks to Billy Jo Hardin and Drew Tomlinson for such an awesome job. Thanks!
