Joe, David and Maria at J & D Tile were great working with me and getting started when they said they would. As you can see from this one picture the tile is AWESOME!!! The Kitchen I picked out four different tiles from the same company and then had them put together with black grout. The Master Bathroom Shower and floor is incredible and the upstairs bathrooms as well. There's not another house in the area with tile like this, for sure!!! Thanks for the great work, your crew is very efficent and there everyday moving... Next, we paint and start wrapping up...

Cabinets Installed (Designer Cabinets)

Steve and David at Designer Cabinets are AWESOME!!! They did a great job getting us great looking cabinets at an awesome price and a great look. The Kitchen and Master are glazed. Plus there is going to be an awesome glazed island that has a old finish on it to set the cabinets off. We also added ribbon around the top in the Kitchen and added upgraded hardware in the kitchen on the cabinets. Once the tile is in and the granite tops, it is going to look really AWESOME!!! onto Trim and Tile....

Hardwood Floors go down

Craig & Amanda at Old World Flooring and their crews did a great job putting the floor down fast and getting us a great price. These are nailed down white pine and they are in the Great Room, Entry Way, Study, Dinning Room, Gallery, and Powder Room. Soon we'll be ready to have Old World back out to finish up sanding and staining them

Insulation (Blown Silos) Complete

Engineered Comfort Inc did an awesome job on the insulation. 6 business days from start to finish with some touch ups. We upgraded the insulation to what is called Blown Silos. It great enhances your engery efficencies and lowers your utility bill greatly. Walter Nelms, owner of Engineered Comfort and his crew did an awesome job getting it in and finished. We also upgraded the Master Bedroom with extra insulation for better heating and air conditioning control and for sound protection from the kitchen, garage and Powder room. Not only, as you can see, is the insulation tightly packed where no air can escape or come in, the crews of Engineered Comfort made sure that all windows, doors and any other cracks, opening, etc... were sealed tight. It was worth every penny!

Sheet-Rock started July 18, 2006 and should be complete by Monday, July 31, 2006 and that day or the 1st og August 2006
